More Wimberley Holiday Happenings The holiday fun never stops in the Wimberley Valley! On Saturday from 830 to 11am, you and the kiddoes can have Breakfast with Santa at the Texan Academy at 400 Green Acres Drive.   The fun-filled morning features pancakes and sausage, crafts, a book giveaway, music, and a visit with jolly old Saint Nick. Sign Up For The Polar Bear Plunge: A Wimberley Tradition! Start the new year with a stride and a splash by signing up for Wimberley’s Polar Bear Plunge and 5K at Blue Hole Regional Park  on Saturday, January 3rd! Texans Make Bid to Repeat as State Champs The Wimberley Texan volleyball squad has a chance to win the state championship for the second year in a row -- this Friday.   They swept Salado in the semifinals over the weekend to advance to the 4A-11 championship match, to be held this Friday evening in Garland.
