There's Still Time to Support Barnabas Connection's
Back to School Fiesta.
School is just a couple of weeks away, and that means hundreds of students in the Wimberley Valley are in need of backpacks, school supplies, and other services.
The Barnabas Connection's Back to School Fiesta has helped approximately 500 students get the supplies they need to succeed -- and they need your help. If you can donate your resources or time, click here. Same goes for any families that are in need of help.
The Fiesta is scheduled for August 10, from 8:30am to 4:00pm at the Barnabas offices on Ranch Road 12. Thanks for your support!

KWVH and VFW Post 6441 Salute Staff Sergeant Brady Love
Here's to Sgt. Brady Love, who proudly served in the Army for nine years. He began his military career working on tanks and spent his last five years as a combat medic. He served at Fort Riley, Kansas and Fort Lewis, Washington and also spent time stationed in Germany.
He was awarded four Army Commendation Medals, five Army Achievement Medals, as well as an Iraq Campaign Medal, a Combat Medic Badge and an Air Assault Badge. He was on the East German border when it dissolved.
Sgt. Love is a ninth generation Texan whose family arrived in Texas with Stephen F. Austin. He is married to Sara and they have one child. He has retired as the owner of a handyman business, but still spends his days maintaining the VFW property. Thank you Brady for your service to this nation and our community.
