Kristin McDermott

Kristin was born and raised in Houston, and has lived in Central Texas for over 25 years. She is an entrepreneur, having started multiple businesses, and she has worked in the field of real estate, design, and construction her entire adult life. Kristin has earned licenses as a Real Estate Broker and a Certified Professional Building Designer and actively works as a low-impact site planner, building designer, and builder with a focus on community and sustainability. She is often found socializing with the Wimberley locals at her and her partner's men's clothing store, Felix T. Jack, in Wimberley. Kristin has volunteered with a variety of organizations focussing on post release rehabilitation, recovery, and family services. She now looks forward to bringing a community enhancing impact through her service with KWVH.
