Kelly Barclay

Kelly has been involved in the Wimberley Community since moving here in 1982. She is one of the founding members of the Wimberley Rotary Club, and has served as a director of the Wimberley Education Foundation as well as a member of the City of Wimberley Planning and Zoning Commission. She is currently the CEO/President of Ozona Bank, and holds a position on several Boards including the Ozona Bank, Independent Bankers Association of Texas, the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and most recently, Wimberley Valley Radio. Kelly enjoys sharing her financial expertise and knowledge while serving the needs of her community.
